The 31 Day 6-Pack Ab Attack Challenge
REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS 5/1/17

The 6-Pack Challenge is 31 Days of increasing reps/secs of:
  1. Alternating Leg V-Ups From the Hollow Position (6 times the day)
  2. Plank Hold (5 secs times the day)
So, here's how it works - Complete:
Day 1:  6 Alt Leg V-Ups + 5 Sec Plank Hold
Day 2:  12 Alt Leg V-Ups + 10 Sec Plank Hold
Day 3:  18 Alt Leg V-Ups + 15 Sec Plank Hold
and continue in this fashion for 31 days increasing the Alt Leg V-Ups by 6 and the Plank Hold by 5 each day finishing on May 31, 2017.

Open to EVERYONE and is based on the honor system.

All participants are eligible for a 6-Pack Ab Attack T-shirt unless they do not complete the required cumulative reps/secs of each movement by 5/31/17.

You may not jump ahead, but you may make up any missed reps/secs from previous days.  You are not required to all of the reps/secs for that day in one sitting.  You can break it up throughout the day how you see fit.

We will be tracking OTG member's progress on a whiteboard at the gym.  If you're not a member, be sure to keep track on a calendar, phone, etc.

The 2017 Winter Mad Dash Team Racing Competition​
REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS 1/2/17

The Mad Dash is a Co-Ed Scaled and Rxd Division GRID style racing competition with multiple events and multiple modalities. This is a Fun, Fast-Paced Team Competition. It involves Strategy, Skill, Strength and Solid Teamwork. Sign up quick as this event sells out quickly. If you've never tried Functional Fitness Racing, now is your chance to join in on the FUN!
Includes a Kick Ass Soft Competitor T-Shirt/Tank and Swag Bag just for participating.
Ca$h and Prizes for Podium Finishers!!
