Did you I have to be in good enough shape to start?

No. Regardless of your current fitness/health our program is designed with EVERYONE in mind.  From the Olympic athlete to the Grandmother, our program is completely modifiable to your ability.

Did you I have to know how to do everything before I start?

A

No. Regardless of your background and knowledge of CrossFit (or fitness in general), you will learn most of the common movements we use in class in our Movement Prep Coaching Series.
This helps to develop confidence, muscle memory and allows for any modifications needed in the future.

I am a woman. Will I get big and bulky?

A

Getting bulky muscles is a result of genetics, not lifting weights.  We believe that lifting weights is the healthiest thing you can do for yourself. It will melt off the fat while developing that lean, confident, curvy look all women are after.  Don’t be afraid to lift.  Be afraid NOT to lift. (Nobody likes a flat butt)
 
 
What does a typical group class look like?

1) Check-In and Review of the day’s workout
2) Warm-up – Dynamic Stretching and Movement Prep
3) Review of a Skill/Lift – If applicable
4) Skill/Lift – If applicable
5) A Workout involving a time element
6) Supplemental Training – If applicable
