A Note To all Coaches & Parents...

Any coach worth their weight in knowledge will agree that supplemental training for their athletes outside their sport will not only make them a better athlete but gives them deeper focus during their season.

As a former coach, I knew it was my job to make my athletes better at their sport and to ensure there was cohesion amongst the team.  Our job is to create the optimal athlete, which in turn will make them more proficient at your sport.
 
As a former Player, High School and College Soccer Coach, I know the benefits of this training and have seen the confidence, charisma, athletic ability, drive, and willingness to push their limits escalate beyond calculation.

The value of what we're offering can only be measured by doing it.  Now, I've seen the results first hand of young athletes developing strength, speed, power, endurance, flexibility, stamina, accuracy, coordination, balance and agility and applying it to their respective sport.

These are the questions that I used to ask myself after each and every season.

  • Teams with 7 or more athletes receive their own coach and dedicated hour.
 
  • Current hours available for team coaching are:
        Mon and Wed @ 3:30pm
        Tues and Thurs @ 6:30pm
 
  • Individuals not training with the team will be enrolled into our regularly scheduled Ultimate Group Classes
