2. Guided Feedback on your current Nutrition Plan and Questionnaire with Upgrades and Improvements
3. Body Type Overview and Carb Timing
4. Ultimate Food Spectrum (Best Sources of Protein, Carb, Fat and Herbs)
5. OTG Nutrition Cheat Sheet 
6. OTG Meal Options and Recipes
7. Optimal Food Intake (Total Cals + Macro breakdown) - you will need to fill out our 3 or 7 day food log (see attached)
8. Optimal Water Intake
