Training Notes:

This workout is AEROBIC and requires a PACE. This workout is NOT supposed to be done AFAP. Be very deliberate and focused on each movement. Your goals are to focus on Upper body Horizontal Pushing Power, Single Leg Strength, Core and Cyclical work.
